07.11.2009

Globacom, Nigeria’s national telecommunications operator, is set to storm this year’s edition of the Lagos International Trade Fair which began yesterday.

The company is participating fully in the fair and is making available to visitors its array of product and service offerings. The company’s participation in the yearly event has always recorded huge success, as old and new subscribers see it as an opportunity to connect with the network.

Globacom has concluded arrangements to ensure that its participation in this year’s edition of the fair is used equally to create more awareness for its value added service offerings, and also to sign on new subscribers to the network.

The company’s sales director, Mr Ken Hall, disclosed that the subscribers were at the heart of Globacom’s business equation. “We are ready at all times to innovate and provide the services that will continually distinguish Glo as the network of choice for all who want the best telecommunication services at affordable rates.” he said.

Globacom, in a statement, also said it would provide customer care services for its subscribers at the fair. Among the life and business enhancing packages Glo has introduced for the benefit of subscribers are Glo Mobile Internet, Magic Plus, Telemetry Security Solutions, GPRS, Point to Point Connectivity over GPRS, Glo MMS, Glo M-Banking, vehicle tracking, post paid and pre-paid Blackberry, Voice SMS, 3G, Fleet Management and Glo Fax.
