Attention, Police Service Commission

I wish to draw the attention of the Police Service Commission and Police Reform Committee to the stress Police Inspector university graduates are going through in an attempt to be elevated to the ASP rank. This is not supposed to be. Many of these inspectors have served more than 25 years meritoriously.

Also, many of the inspectors have graduated more than 15 years ago only to be queuing up with constables for series of interviews. This is not only degrading but dehumanizing. It encourages indiscipline, even at the end of the interviews, the constables are promoted because they have godfathers while the inspectors are dropped. This is shameful and one way the force promotes indiscipline. There should be a change, please.
