SOCIAL Networking site, Google Plus, recently made a List of its Top Five(5) Nigerian Celebrity Users amongst them was Yung6ix.

The young artiste, has come a long way from the oil city of Warri, to emerging as the new voice of young people in Nigeria and the West African sub-region.

Yung6ix, who recently received an award from a coalition of abuja teens and youths as an ambassador and role model, burst to the scene almost three years ago after he caught the eye of an A&R Executive, Gbemi Ereku. He later went on to release a smashing remix to IcePrince's Oleku which was almost as popular as the original.

Yung6ix has won over the hearts of young Nigerians with mainstream singles like "Follow Me" featuring Wizkid, "Picking Things" featuring Naeto C, "OMG" and "Plenty Money". His last compilation , a mixtape titled "Green Light Green", has garnered almost 50,000 downloads on the internet.

Yung6ix currently has 12,406 people following him on Google Plus+ and thousands on other social networking sites. Also, other top ranking artistes with huge followership on Google Plus+ include Darey with 14,311 followers, Dr Sid- 14,075 followers, Tosyn Bucknor- 12,242 followers, Naeto C-14, 000 followers, and complete the list of top five(5) celebrity Google Plus users.

Yung6ix is still working on his debut album.
