How snoring worsens your blood pressure

Research carried out on snoring shows that many people snore without being aware of it. Some snorers, indeed, are suffering from obstructive sleep apnea, a curable sleep disorder characterised by cessation of breathing for 10 seconds, which experts warn makes high blood pressure harder to treat, reports Sade Oguntola.
