Good day doctor, please kindly help me. I had sex with my girlfriend on Friday and she complained of some pains on Sunday around orbelow her abdomen. She also said she normally notices some whitish release through her private parts and pains when urinating. Please save me sir, because this disease had stopped her from having her period for two months now. But I‘m not feeling any pain, so its very difficult for me to state what the illness is all about. If the pain had been there before you had sex with her, then it has nothing to do with you. However, if the pain and discharge commenced after your sexual encounter, then you also need to be examined. My advice will be for both of you to go for some tests which will include taking a swab of your girlfriend’s vagina discharge as well as urine samples from both of you. The results from the tests will confirm the kind of disease and the drugs to be used. It is also important that you treat any other woman with whom you might have had sexual contact with in order to avoid re infection.
