The answer to your question is yes and no. Yes, provided you will be guided by sanity and purity and I doubt if you will be able to control your emotions when the going gets tough. No, because you are rather too young to be able to handle affairs with members of the opposite sex. Boys will  want to capitalise on your innocence to use and dump you. All the boys are after what they stand to gain from you.

It is not advisable that you give in to the pressure being mounted on you.

You can defer this issue of an affair till when you are able to distil advances and know the one that is genuine from a fluke.

I counsel that you face your studies. This does not stop you from interacting with boys at the casual level without too much intimacy. See them as friends and colleagues and not lovers.

The answer is capital NO without any yes in it! age 15 is too young for a relationship no matter how u can handle it!! It won't be a good story or experience in the long run.
