I am a young man aged 23 years. I live with one of my  friends. Whenever it is time to sleep at night, my room-mate always brings his girlfriend to the house and he would ask me to stay outside. And we both pay the house rent. On a fateful day, he asked me to do as usual; I slept outside till dawn.

I will advise that the two of you should have a heart-to-heart discussion on the issue that your partner is making life difficult for you by always asking you to excuse him whenever he brings home a lady.

If all your entreaties to make him reason with you prove abortive, it will be better to get a break from him by looking for a separate apartment.

From his action so far, it appears that your friend secured the apartment on  your behalf and probably accommodated you so as to offset the bill that appeared too high for him.

Care must be taken in handling the situation, because he might be up to a game so as to get you out of the apartment.

It is not an issue to quarrel over, but one that must be handled with maturity and the only option is to ask for separation.
